By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a course or program, registering for a webinar, downloading a resource, joining an RCW community or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ABOUT ROOT CAUSE WELLBEING

Root Cause Wellbeing is a wellbeing education and consultation platform founded and operated by Dr. Nayana Patel.

RCW provides services that may include:

Availability and lawful provision of particular services may vary depending on the country or jurisdiction in which the client is located.

RCW does not represent that every service available in one country is legally or professionally available in every other country.

Appointments may be booked through our website, WhatsApp, email, scheduling platform or another approved booking method.

A booking is considered confirmed only when RCW or its authorised booking system provides confirmation.

You are responsible for checking:

• Time zone

• Consultation format

• Contact details

• Any instructions provided before the appointment

Because RCW may serve clients internationally, appointment times may be displayed according to a specified time zone.

Please check the applicable time zone carefully before confirming your appointment.

10. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide reasonable notice.

11. MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Where applicable, the consultation fee may not be refundable.

If exceptional circumstances caused the absence, you may contact RCW and request consideration of the circumstances.

Any decision regarding rescheduling or fees will be made in accordance with the applicable service policy and mandatory consumer laws.

12. PROGRAMS AND SIX-WEEK PROGRAMS

RCW may offer structured programs, including six-week wellbeing programs.

Each program may contain:

• Educational sessions

• Individual guidance

• Exercises or activities

• Educational materials

• Worksheets

• Resources

• Communication support

• Other components described on the relevant program page

Program structure, duration, session frequency and inclusions will be described on the applicable sales or registration page.

RCW may make reasonable changes to program content where necessary to improve quality, comply with legal requirements or address operational circumstances.

We will endeavour to avoid materially reducing the service promised at the time of purchase.

13. COURSES AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

RCW may provide online courses, recorded lessons, downloadable resources, workbooks, videos, audio materials and other digital products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Course access is personal to the purchaser;

• You may not share your login credentials;

• You may not copy or redistribute course materials;

18. RCW BRAND AND TRADEMARKS

"Root Cause Wellbeing", "RCW", associated logos, branding and other brand elements may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of RCW intellectual property.

You may not use RCW branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, sponsorship or affiliation without written permission.

19. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit comments, testimonials, feedback, questions, reviews, photographs or other content to RCW, you remain responsible for the content you provide.

You should not submit confidential information belonging to another person.

Where RCW intends to use identifiable testimonials, photographs or other personal content for marketing or public purposes, appropriate permission will be sought where required.

20. TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials represent individual experiences and opinions.

They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another person will experience the same result.

Individual outcomes vary.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific service agreement, the specific service terms may apply to the extent of that conflict.
